Mr. Madhusudan Nevatia

Founder

Mr. Madhusudan Nevatia is the founder of Manish Minerals and Chemicals. Hailing from a business background, and with a core degree in Chemicals, he started on a journey to start Manish Minerals and Chemicals in the year 1989.

A visionary of his time, he started the business in a domain which was not very organized at the time. He created a name for himself and the company by doing honest business, a legacy that continues even today at Manish Minerals and Chemicals.

Currently, he has withdrawn from active work life, however he continues to be the light guiding the team and inspiring progress.

Mr. Manish Nevatia

Managing Director

Mr. Manish Nevatia is the Managing Director of Manish Minerals and Chemicals. He joined the company 25 years ago. He has worked in close quarters with Mr. Madhusudan Nevatia, the founder of the company and since the last 20 years he has helmed the company leading it to new heights.

He brings with him an extensive knowledge of the Chemical industry with his core competency in Home and Personal Care Chemicals, Paint Chemicals, Agarbatti industries. He is involved in enriching the knowledge of the team and handling customers personally.

Mr. Manish Nevatia’s experience and knowledge has helped him resolve customers queries and issues during formulation of new products. He has a deep understanding of the industry and its trends. His business acumen and Customer Focus have helped Manish Minerals and Chemicals create a name for itself in the industry.

Mrs. Sweta Nevatia

Director

Mrs. Sweta Nevatia by qualification Chartered Accountant with a Merit Rank. This has not restricted her to expand her chemical knowledge base. She is associated with Manish Minerals and Chemicals since over 15 years and is quite the domain expert in the field. She plays a pivotal role in running the Manish Minerals and Chemicals.

Mrs. Sweta Nevatia works across functions in the organization providing a strong base to the organization. With past experience in Bharat Petroleum and Standard Chartered, Mrs. Sweta has always kept her mind open to exploring new things in life.

A sharp leader, she has been leading the company into new areas of growth and expansion.

Mrs. Apeksha Nair

Head Strategy and Growth

Mrs. Apeksha Nair is a Masters in Business Administration from Mumbai University. She has vast experience in Domestic and International market. Starting with an early exposure in IT Industry, she has worked her way across to other sectors. She has spent a decade out of India and used this opportunity to work in the global industry. From Germany to London, she spent her time in understanding different cultures and businesses.

She has been associated with Manish Minerals and Chemicals since over 5 years and is looking on Growth and Strategy. Leading from the front, she believes “Great Teams build Great Organizations.
